Thank You, Donors!
Thanks to generous donors and members like you, Friends of the Edgewater Library can add a little extra magic to our neighborhood library! Your support helps keep the Edgewater Branch bursting with the latest books, media, and digital resources—beyond what the regular Chicago Public Library budget can cover.
Because of your contributions, we’ve brought some wonderful additions to life—like the cozy Early Learners’ Literacy Nest, the vibrant YOUmedia Teen Room, and even the launch of our community-favorite Seed Library! You also help make programs like Books on the Chopping Block and a variety of fun and enriching events for kids, teens, and adults possible.
As one of the busiest branches in the city, the Edgewater Branch collection sees a lot of love—and our Befriend A Book program helps keep our shelves full of fresh, exciting reads for everyone who walks through our doors.
Whether you give through membership, our general fund, or Befriend A Book, we’re so thankful to have you as part of the Friends family. You help make our library the special place it is!
